I am Mr Cubes

My name is Paul Cubitt and after ten years of office work, I decided to take a break. Add a bicycle, a single ticket to Alaska and a few hundred packets of noodles and I was set.

This is an account of my journey from Prudhoe Bay, Alaska to Ushuaia, Argentina.

Sponsorship

Although this is going to be the 'trip of a lifetime', it is also going to be a very tough and demanding one. I decided then to use it as an opportunity to try and raise some money for charity and can hopefully get close to a pound-per-mile £18,000. Or maybe a dollar-per-mile $18,000. Or just a Mexican peso-per-mile 18,000 pesos...well, you get the idea.

I have chosen two charities that devote their efforts to the well-being of children all around the world. They are my motivation to get this done and when I think I have suffered enough, I will be reminded of just how lucky I am, and how easy my life is. For your ease, I have created a justgiving/firstgiving page for each charity which you can link to below (one in GBP and one in USD). If you would rather pledge money to me for collection after the event, contact me via link at the top of the page. Many thanks for every donation, no matter how small - it all adds up!
